With authentic costumes, joyful interactions, and a touch of holiday magic, we create a memorable experience for guests of all ages. Whether it's reading Christmas stories, taking photos, or spreading cheer, we'd love to help make your holiday event unforgettable.
We are fully Vetted by Keyport Police Dept.
We are also trained in Child Abuse Awareness by Dept of Education N.J.

Terms and Conditions
Event details:
Booking confirmation: The client's event date, time, and location are confirmed only upon a verbal contract and a non-refundable deposit of $250.00.
Final payment: The remaining balance is due at the start of the event, paid directly to Mrs. Clause, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Performance time: The performance will start and end at the agreed-upon times. Any time over the booked duration is subject to additional fees, billed in 30-minute increments.
Performance expectations
Arrival: Mr. and Mrs. Clause will arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to prepare.
Breaks: For events lasting longer than 120 minutes, or in cold environments, breaks will be required to ensure the performers' comfort and safety.
Environment: The client must provide a safe, respectful, and appropriate environment for the performance. This includes adequate space, lighting, and, if needed, protection from the elements. The client agrees to ensure all guests treat the performers with courtesy.
Venue requirements: The client is responsible for providing two sturdy chairs for Mr. and Mrs. Clause. For larger events, an escort may be requested to help them navigate the venue.
Mr and Mrs. Santa Clause may provide there own security if
needed.
Photography and media
Personal use: Photos and videos taken by the client or their guests are for personal, non-commercial use only. This media cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purposes without the written permission of Mr. and Mrs. Clause.
Promotional use: Mr. and Mrs. Clause may take or permit photos or videos during the event for their own promotional purposes, unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing before the event.
Liability and cancellation
Client liability: The client assumes responsibility for any property damage, theft, or loss caused by attendees or guests during the event.
Performer cancellation: Mr. and Mrs. Clause reserve the right to cancel a performance due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, such as severe weather, road closures, or medical emergencies.
In this case, the client would receive a full refund, including the deposit.
Client cancellation: Cancellations made by the client within 72 hours of the event will result in the loss of the full booking fee.
Cancellations made with more than 72 hours notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
